My wedding ring almost fell off while I was washing my hands this morning. I had to move it to my middle finger so I do not lose it. I did not realize how much inflammation and weight I was holding in my hands until now.

I noticed a strange shift lately. The scale is moving down but I feel like I am melting away my muscle. My arms look smaller but totally deflated and my stamina is shot. Has anyone else noticed this weird body change? I need tips to preserve my strength.
