im thinking about getting a chinchilla but i live in the really hot part of nc like 90 feren usually and maybe once a month the ac just doesnt work for some reason and im scared about getting one since im not sure if these conditions are fine like jsut incase i wanna make sure that i can get it so nothing bad would happen
