How common are disagreements between the Radiologist and an Orthopedic Surgeon on MRI interpretations?

I'm just curious if this is fairly common practice, for example a radiologist claiming there is a tear in the meniscus seen via the patients imaging, but an orthopedic surgeon looking at the same imaging disagrees and says it's nothing.
