Free Anti Rabies where and how
Hello! I am 23 Years old, no PhilHealth.
Kinagat ako ng pusa and wala po akong masyadong funds para magpa-anti rabies. Sabi po nila na once may PhilHealth ka is free ka for vaccine ng anti-rabies. Pwede ba na mag open palangako ng account sa PhilHealth bukas then magamit na for free vaccine?
