Paint-matching services?

I'm moving out of a flat and need to do a few touch-ups on some small holes I've already repaired. I've been searching for a paint-matching service, something where I can take a sample of something with the correct paint color and a spectrophotometer or similar machine can precisely match the color and mix the same color paint. It's been surprisingly difficult to find a clear answer about whether a particular shop offers this service or not. Has anyone used this kind of service in Brussels before? Where did you find it?

Moving advice on how to handle utilities

I'll be moving apartments in the next month, from one commune to another, for the first time. The way everything has worked out, I'll be paying rent on both apartments for August, finalizing my move out of my current apartment by the beginning of September.

This is nice for most aspects of moving, since it gives me more time to move my stuff over and clean. One thing I haven't been able to figure out how to handle is my utilities: water, gas, and internet. I've found that providers for all three allow you to transfer your contract to a new property, but I would ideally have power and water at least in both apartments until the move is completed, and only move the internet over sometime around the middle of the month.

Does anyone have experience with handling this during a "double renting" month while you moved? How did it work for you?

Separately, I'm not sure when I should register with the new commune - immediately after I start the new contract, or only after I'm fully moved out of the old place?
