220lb shoulder for 2 reps
I was able to hit 2 reps with my 220lb bag for 2 sets on this workout. What do you guys work on to get more pop from lap to shoulder? Extensions? I’ve been doing a lot of squats and tire flips lately.
Also curious if anyone else is doing the hybrid athlete thing. I’m getting back into running and haven’t lost strength yet but still trying to find a good balance in my training.
