Too Strong to Subdue (Why being called a cockroach is the ultimate compliment)
For better readability, here is the text transcript of the infographic:
An organism inhabited the Earth long before our human ancestors, or even the earliest primates, ever came into existence. This unbelievably resilient creature not only endured the reign of the Dinosaurs—the beasts of towering strength and some of the most monstrous creatures known to humanity—but also survived the cataclysmic event that wiped out those giants and decimated nearly all life on the planet. For millions of years, it has endured and adapted to the changes of the world and to this day, it routinely evades and survives the most lethal, man-made chemicals.
No one should feel insulted by the comparison to a cockroach; rather, they must celebrate it as a supreme statement of commendation. Cockroaches will continue to thrive in the most challenging situations, and they will neither be subdued nor muzzled by the most powerful forces of society.
