Unsure where to go from here Kawasaki Z7 hybrid

Still having some problems with this bike , the 2 main ones are in Sport Auto when coming to a stop the bike totally slips out of gear into neutral with the - symbol that I have to then manually put back into gear to get going

The other is on any kind of hill the bike will literally not pull off in Sport Auto , so bad in fact that I had to change the bike mode into EV to actually move ( bike is parked in a underground car park ) so there’s a incline to get out

I’ve taken the bike to a Kawasaki Dealer and said it was all tested and fixed but the next ride I had a couple of days later they all appeared again

The bike is still under manufacture warranty so where do I go from here ?

Z7 Hybrid - 2 week update

So I’ve owned the bike for 2 week now , put 450 miles on it , had the April ECU update done and had a clutch reset done . I just have 2 issues if anyone can chime in if they’ve experienced them or have a fix

In sport auto if I starting riding and get into 3rd gear then come to a stop the bike kind of goes out of gear , it’s not neutral or the N symbol I get a - symbol . I have to manually put it into gear with the shift buttons to get going again . Now this was a cold start this has happened twice . I rode in Sport auto the other day and I didn’t have to stop for a couple of miles and it didn’t happen so must be temperature related maybe ?
In Sport Auto I had it on a couple of occasions mainly on an incline the bike seems to struggle to find the biting point on the clutch . So I’m pulling the throttle quite far and the bike is revving but it don’t move , it eventually goes but it’s a few seconds and have been caught out a couple of times ( this issue is far more serious )

I’ve kind of stuck to Eco auto for the time being until I can get some idea of how to fix it . The bike was “ apparently” serviced in July but can’t get a response to what was done . I’ve messaged Kawasaki direct aswell but thought I thought I’d see what the community thought

Z7 hybrid , new update unavailable in UK ?

Hey all recently got a Kawasaki Z7 hybrid , signed up to Club Kawasaki and apparently there’s a recall AAM45 updating switching condition for EV/HEV mode .

This is the update that allows Sport mode in auto and EV change up to 37mph

I’m in the UK and took the bike to Orwell’s Motorcycles in Ipswich for a diagnostic to update the bike .

Apparently no update is available when they connected there K-VCI machine ? So where or what do I exactly , Kawasaki tells me to take the bike to the dealer for the warranty recall update and the dealer says no update exists?

Eco mode - auto is dangerous

Just starting riding the bike , I thought I’d learn the bike “feel it out” eco and auto would be safe , one word dangerous

I approach a stop bike turns into ev I pull off absolutely zero power until 15 mph , so first off joining a road is gutless . That’s the first problem

So you throttle it so your not wiped out and at 15mph the bike turns into petrol but as this point the throttle is quite far and then the bike goes ape shit jumping revs and speeding up a lot

I understand there’s probably a smooth technique to this but wow the first ride was an experience .

Is this just my bike or is this normal behaviour ?
