I’ve been trying to redeem my winnings since April 2nd. So about a month and a half. I had 8000 redeemable SC. Was able to redeem about $1k so far. Usually in $100 increments. So I have 7000 SC including 300 SC pending at the moment. They keep failing my redemptions even though they told me I’m fully verified. They keep saying they have to check with the compliance team. Support isn’t any help. I don’t know what else to do. Anybody else having problems with redemption. Let me hear y’all stories.
