I been applying to any job opening that I see. My email is packed with subscriptions of job openings. I apply to them every single day at any time that I can get so far I’ve only had 3 interviews with no luck of a job. I have been calling to the jobs I’ve applied but the people that answer the phone say that the manager isn’t there and if they are they’re busy. So do I have to go in person? I went in person to apply once and was told everything is done online now to just wait. I’m getting frustrated of waiting and feel so desperate on finding a job. Does anyone have any tips?

I have a couple of friends that are police officers. They smoke weed. I’ve asked them before if they get tested. They say they do, so I don’t ask much. I can’t help to think if they’re getting drug tested shouldn’t they have been fired already? I don’t want to sound like a negative person but I can’t help and wonder HOW sometimes.
