Knox Hybrid Inverter Help Required Kindly!
I have been using a Knox hybrid inverter 8 kw alongside a 5kw battery. Recently it has been restarting every 3 to 5 minutes and I genuinely can't figure out what is causing this, i've worked around the application settings and changed the BMS cable ports. The inverter does show breathing of BMS. Sometimes it restarts and sometimes it just turns off and we have to manually turn it on and off again. I've been looking for a solar expert but I couldn't seem to get around someone who actually figured out what the issue was and Knox official service center would not accommodate properly under warranty. They don't test it at the site Infront of us and say that it is perfectly fine and that they have done some firmware upgrade but it shows similar behavior when installed at our place. The way Knox service center works is we drop our inverter off they just inform us to take it once they are done and they don't accommodate anything outside it.
We added a UPS so that some of our appliances don't turn off every 3 minutes but our inverter is not letting the ups takeover in that short window causing WiFi and my computer to restart about 200 times a day. The moment we turn off the inverter everything is back to normal.
