Undevoted members
I’m slowly transitioning into leading our “young adults” and I lead singing in the worship team at my church and man it’s getting difficult.
Our team members constantly being late which disrespects our other members arriving on time or just not showing up.
And the thing is, I can’t just kick them off the team because we don’t have replacements. Our youth (young adults) is already small as is and finding people willing to actually consecrate themselves to the Lord and faithfully serve in this ministry is more and more difficult
The whole attendance thing is constantly mentioned over and over again and then it feels like if we agree that there will be consequences for being constantly late or not showing up then a lot of them will just quit anyway.
I’ve been praying and fasting for our team and the whole of young adults in general and man I just truly desire that they would catch fire for the Lord but as time passes it’s like it’s only getting worse.
I don’t know if God is allowing this in order to lead me into stewarding faithfully despite these things or maybe it’s just not going to work out.
