Wife and I (59F and 62M) are spending our 25th anniversary on St Lucia in four weeks and satay if at Sandals Halcyon Bay. What are some good tours and I’m talking about the ones that you’d do again if you went back. We want to do a food tour for sure and I’ll do one day of scuba diving, but don’t know what else to look at. Not looking at rigorous adventure but just some fun stuff to do.

Any recommendations are appreciated.

Had a second lumbar fusion 7 months ago and filed for a review for my back. Currently fused from L3-S1 with neuropathy in both legs and limited range of motion. Went to a VES “physical” a month ago. VES sent their report and the VA deferred everything and requested another exam. I have my second exam next week. I know this isn’t normal but what gives?
