Questions about salary deductions from housing provided rent
So I've been in this academy for a few months now and i just assumed that everyone else was getting salary deductions for rent that the housing the academy provided. Went through the contract and it's not very clear and I've also talked to other teachers who aren't paying salary deductions. I have also talked to the academy and they ain't backing down and simply saying if the housing is above 600,000 provided or not, the rest is up to the employee to pay for.
The rent is very high here which is understandable, but if the housing is provided isn't it solely the academy that should be paying the rent? What's the next step? MOEL?
