I really wish people would understand asking for a desk audit as a VA/VHA employee is hurting everyone! If you feel like you’re doing more than your PD then STOP! You are making it harder for everyone else!!!! Just because you are doing things outside of your scope of functions does NOT entitle you to an upgrade. If you want more pay and more responsibilities then apply for the appropriate job, point blank period, but in this climate, please, please, please just STOP!!!!
