Exhausted after my meal
I’ve been doing omad for about two months now with a week long break in the middle. I’ve just recently switched(2weeks) to keto for my meal and have been struggling with extreme exhaustion after I eat. I’m staying under 22net carbs during my meal and I am having bullet proof coffee with food.
I am also gently rebounding after my meal to help any glucose spike I am getting however it’s not been helping. I have to lay down and nap for at least 45min but some days it’s up to an hour and a half to regain my energy.
I have been sleeping more at night since starting OMAD so I don’t think it’s from lacking nightly sleep. And I’m not feeling tired before my meal.
Has anyone else experienced this?
What could be causing it?
