How do I adjust the geometry on my new Sony Trinitron KV-32XBR4?

Scared to touch the service menu, obviously. Never done this before. Just got this thing off Facebook marketplace, and the geometry seems good, but has a few obvious glaring issues. Experts, what's the verdict?
