hi everyone, I’m planning to start my own small business (online store) but am quite confused about a few things in general despite having already done research and would really appreciate if any seasoned business owners out there could give advice!

1. ACRA registration: Is this necessary if unsure of sales trajectory (haven’t started selling yet)? Or as long as it’s a proper online store, you will definitely need to be ACRA registered (sorry if this is an odd question)
2. Logo design: I’m thinking of hiring someone to design the logo, but how do you go about ensuring it’s free from copyright issues in sg and also if you use fonts instead of hand drawn lines for words on the brand logo, can you get sued for using such fonts, even if they’re commercially licensed?

And is trademarking something to only think about later once the business gains traction?
