Girls trip, need reccos - must visit cafes, places, etc? also, no uber/ola there? how do we manage conveyance? we don't know how to drive. any driver for hire?

We are 4 girls travelling from delhi to varkala and alleppey next month. We are staying 2 nights in varkala so need stay recos pls. Preferably beachfront.
Non negotiable is washroom hygiene. Thats the deal breaker. Washroom has to be good..

Also, pls suggest must visit places as we are there for a short while only.
