The system wants you to feel violated and stressed, and so it will perpetrate the illusion of mind-reading. The operators will speak as if they have this kind of access. They are terrorists, and want you to feel the terror of their violations.

Sad to say, they have had some success. Most TIs feel sure that the contents of their minds are subject to constant transparency.

This isn’t some Stasi by the Potomac scheme. It's much worse than that.

Neurotechnology has enabled the Targeted Individual program - a massive abuse of power by a network of authoritarians who intend to use the powers of Western militaries and intelligence services to implement a dramatic transformation away from democracy.

The algorithms that run social media are designed to produce highly suggestible audiences who can then be sold to advertisers for precisely targeted messaging. It is not hard to see how the Targeted Individual program fits neatly within the same broad project - learning the principles of behaviour control through sustained targeting and experimentation on a broad range of people and personality types.

They let me into the plans they had for me in a level of shocking detail, discussing who of their group was bringing what torture instruments, who would film, and the precise techniques of how to cut up, cook, and serve my flesh afterwards. Yes, bikie cannibals.

For decades, the Targeted Individual community has been asking whether technologies capable of remotely affecting human beings exist, whether intelligence agencies have investigated them, and whether the public has been systematically misled about what those technologies can do.

The standard response was simple: 'this is a conspiracy theory'. But that response is becoming increasingly difficult to sustain. Here is the wrap on recent events...

A USAF veteran and self-described insider is mapping neuroweapons, hive-mind AI, remote perceptual manipulation, and Havana-like symptoms onto phenomena many in the TI community have reported for years. He claims to have sources directly involved in the program. Is he genuine, or just another fake fishing for likes?

There is hope. We're entering a new era. Never before has the TI experience been this high on the mainstream agenda, this publicly validated and supported. It appears that the arc of history is rapidly turning in our favour.

Obviously they are breaking every rule in the book. Obviously they are the ones hidden away, crouching in the coward’s role. It is them versus society.

It takes a lot of work to invert that, to twist it to you versus society. That’s why this is such a long-term project. They are up against everything and everyone. Through a tiny radio signal that they aim at you from across the world.

This morning's dream might have been called Mobbed. It was a chilling version of the classic street theatre setup that I'd previously experienced, in which I am subtly mobbed by individuals and groups, with v2k tormenting me that an abduction is imminent.

Nikolai Mushegian wasn’t a marginal internet figure. He was an early Ethereum and MakerDAO developer and a cryptography specialist involved in core infrastructure of decentralised finance.

In the period before his death in 2022, he began posting increasingly alarmed messages online. He described being targeted, referenced intelligence-linked actors, and suggested he feared being framed or eliminated. Shortly before disappearing, he also made a post that many later read as a prediction of his own death.

He was later found dead in Puerto Rico after being reported missing. The official explanation is drowning, possibly in the context of a mental health crisis.

What keeps this case circulating is the tension between two readings:

• One is a tragic psychological collapse in a high-pressure individual.
• The other is that a technically sophisticated insider may have been detecting patterns of pressure or surveillance that are difficult to externally verify.

The difficulty is that both framings tend to absorb the same facts and reinterpret them completely differently. Once a person is labelled unreliable, their earlier statements are often dismissed wholesale. But if you remove that label, the same statements can look like something else entirely.

I don’t think this case resolves cleanly in either direction. It sits in a grey zone where signal and interpretation are hard to separate.
