Rent 1 Bedroom in Ulwe vs New Panvel, Kalamboli , Khanda Colony or Kharghar

Hello everyone,

Can anyone please share the current 1-bedroom rental prices in Ulwe compared with nearby areas**?**

Someone mentioned that rents in Ulwe are higher than surrounding areas because of its proximity to the new airport. I was actually thinking Ulwe might be noisier due to the airport, and therefore rents could be lower.

I’d really appreciate any local insights or feedback on current rental demand and pricing.

Sector 21 New Panvel area review

Hello everyone,

I’m looking to buy a house for my parents in Panvel and would appreciate some local feedback.

Can anyone please share how the Sector 21, New Panvel area is? I noticed there is a lot of construction happening around that location. We are currently looking at the Neelkanth Laxmi project in this area.

If anyone has feedback about this project, builder, or the surrounding area, please let me know. Also, Panvel railway station seems quite close — would this be considered a strong plus point for future value and convenience?

One more thing: how can I find out what development or construction is planned in front of this site in the future?

Is this better area than Sukapur, Akurli?

I’d really appreciate any suggestions, local insights, or advice on possible risks before we proceed.
