Hip Arthroscopy and Labrum Repair Abandoned

I recently underwent an attempted hip arthroscopy and labrum repair, but it had to be abandoned due to joint spacing visibility issues due to the joint not being able to be dislocated enough through traction. My surgeon doesn't have the report ready and said that the next step would be conservative pain management with medication and physio. It's been extremely depressing considering I was diagnosed in May 2025 and have tried physio, for approx 3 months in the past, with it just making the joint more aggravated. I'm in the UK and I'm trying to get a referral for a specialist clinic to hopefully complete the surgery, but it's feeling very bleak at the moment. I've recently started some physio focusing on improving hip mobility and even with the Naproxen I was prescribed it's still extremely painful. I don't really know what I'm looking for from this post, but just wanted to share with people who understand. Thanks for reading.
