1% Decision Regression

Regarding FCR’s “Payment Percentage Dispute” litigation on the Delaware BSA, LLC docket (Case No. 20-10342)

  • Docket 457 (6/24/2026): Declaration in support of the FCR Motion for Judicial Resolution of the PaymentPercentage Dispute etc.

I missed when this went from Silverstein having autonomy to a total regression of her powers. Can anyone tell me why this is back in Delaware as well as any updates you know about... i.e. next hearing, court date and so forth?

Final push for Unity Part Two

It's time to be more drastic! Common sense tells us that trying to entice a proverbial 'Big Fish' with only a hundred victims committed victims will be a waste of time. With that in mind, it's time to go for broke.

As I just alluded to on a separate post, there's only one person who could turn this whole thing around and we all know who that is. Coming from a man who has never felt like a Republican nor a Democrat has deserved my vote, I'm nothing if not a realist. And I realize that if the now two term president were to get involved, everything will change.

I more than get it, everything's about him and that's not about to change. But he also has shown a willingness to be loyal to those who are loyal to him so our new strategy will be to write letters to Donald Trump. Be as praiseful as you can muster and let him take all of the credit he needs. Along as we benefit in the long run who cares.

Most importantly, never forget who this is for. Maybe you're complacent or scared you might lose something. But for every one of you, there are at least two of us who are much worse off than if we'd never heard of the Trust; much less the BSA. At the very least, don't negate anyone else's thumbs up with a thumbs down. At the very most, get involved regardless of your political affiliation; you'll feel awesome afterward and you just might change a few lives for the better.

In case it's not coming through, I'm personally asking you to walk in our shoes for a little while. By OUR I mean us victims who've either passed on with no chance for any kind of justice nor compensation, or those of us who thought we were working for some only to find our our States let us down, and finally those of us who would love to receive something for what we went through but are unable to come forward for whatever reasons.

So whether or not you've 'YESSED' already, after you've sent Trump a letter, please respond with LETTER. BTW I know that anonymity is paramount to many of us so if anyone knows of a way to contact Trump without having to give away our info, please let us know how. I started to use the president's website but the first thing it asked for was my info. But where there's a will there's a way so don't let that stop you.

Final push for Unity!

What's happened to us has been awful but there has to be an individual, organization or political figure willing to stand up us. No ulterior motives of any kind, just someone willing to say enough is enough and I have an idea!

The only way it could possible work is if we are united, which is why the first thing we'll have to do is draw up an agreement that every surviving survivor will get behind. Anonymously is fine, but eventually we'll need to show unity.

Then, as long as a thousand of you respond that you are onboard, I'll make list of people and organizations with the clout and backing to possible make a difference. And after we've agreed on who should receive it, we'll send them each a letter. Among other things, it'll show our unity as well as our willingness to reciprocate. Meaning, as long as they promise to fully back us, we'll make sure the world knows they were the first to stand up for us.

The amount of free press they'll receive will more than make up for what they do for us; there's strength in numbers and it's time for us to flex our muscles. But the ONLY this'll work is, whether they're Left-Right or somewhere in-between, the first to commit to us must believe history will forever link us.

Odds are, this post will prove to be futile, but I'm willing to give unity a final push if enough of you are.

SO DON'T HESITATE! RESPOND WITH A YES!

What has 'losing' twenty five thousand claimants done to the value of each allowed claim? I'm not talking about future monies, just what we've been working with until now.

Whether they dis-volunteered their selves or have been disallowed by the Trust, roughly thirty percent of the estimated claimants have been removed. So that should mean each of our shares have increased thirty percent right?

So this 6.3 %, that's been bandied about, has it or has it not been adjusted thirty percent? I've heard no mention of the numbers being increased each month.

And think about how much thirty percent of one billion dollars is. We're talking three hundred million and ,from what little I've paid attention to the numbers, doesn't the Trust have to closer to one point five billion in the bank? (We'll save interest and yearly increases for a different topic)

This post is also not about whether or not we're being taken advantage of. I'm simply asking whether or not the numbers we've been going on are complete? And if not, when should we expect an increase?
