Hi, like title suggested. Wonder if someone may give some advices if I should switch to H1B or not.

The advantage to my understanding is that, H1B is dual intent and I can apply for immigration, which I also plan to. But I am also worried once I switched to H1B, and I didn’t get PERM approved, and I will have to switch back to TN, I will have a problem since I was on dual intent visa.

Do anyone has any experience or advice?
