Advice about medical services around Shotley bridge.

We are thinking of moving to Shotley Bridge but I have quite complex health problems which is making the decision quite difficult. Im a bit worried as I know nothing about the health services in this area. I'm relatively young but I've got heart failure history of stroke which requires monitoring by a cardiac team and I'm on warfarin so I need inr monitoring. Can anyone tell me what the local GPs are like and if anyone has experience of the local cardiac nurses and inr team? Having complex health needs adds an additional level of stress to any move so it would be great if anyone could share their experiences with me.

Is Shotley bridge a nice place to live?

We are thinking of moving to Shotley Bridge but don't know much about the area. We've visited a few times and it looks lovely and it's close to a lot of facilities. Im just wondering if they have a close knit community and are they generally accepting of new comers? We are from the North East but not the Durham area. There seems to be a lot of houses for sale in the Shotley Bridge area and I'm wondering if there is anything we should know? Thanks.

Neighbours shack/pagoda. Will it be a problem for us selling?

Our neighbours have built a huge shack (like a pagoda type thing) in their back garden running up to their conservatory (the plastic roof slightly overlaps the conservatory) and right on our boundary which is a hedge. I estimate that it is about 25 square meters at least with a timber frame and plastic roof. It's about 2.5 meters tall. Our gardens are big so it doesn't cover 50% of their garden. I don't think it has electricity connected. We are selling our house and are worried that this will become an issue on the survey? Maybe a fire hazard? Where do we stand legally? UK. England. Our neighbours are renting but the landlord built this structure. We are on ok terms with him but want to know where we stand before we approach him. We don't want to make formal complaints to the council (if there is anything illegal) as this could impede any sale but we don't mind contacting the landlord if it might be a problem for us selling our property. We already have an offer on the property but no survey has been done yet.
