I’m a small real estate investor looking for an affordable CRM to better manage property leads and contacts. Right now, I’m keeping track of sellers, agents, and potential deals manually, but it’s becoming difficult to remember who I need to follow up with and when.

I mainly need something simple where I can store contact details, keep a record of calls and conversations, set follow-up reminders, and see the history of each lead in one place. I don’t need a complicated system with tons of features, and I’d prefer something free or reasonably priced.

What CRM are other real estate investors using to stay organized and keep leads from slipping through the cracks?

I'm looking for bookkeeping software that can handle both my personal finances and a couple of LLCs without everything getting mixed together.

Ideally, I'd like to keep each business separate, run individual reports, attach receipts and invoices to transactions, and automatically import transactions from my bank accounts and credit cards. Being able to pull in payments from services like PayPal and Venmo would also be important.

It would be even better if I could pay bills directly through the software instead of jumping between different apps.

What are you guys using for a setup like this? Is there one platform that handles personal and LLC bookkeeping well, or am I better off keeping them on completely separate systems?

I've been working toward starting my own business for quite a while, and after months of planning, I finally formed my LLC. It felt like a huge milestone, and I was genuinely excited to take the next step.

Just as the title puts it, I’m trying to see if i can form my LLC myself then i came across this. Does it mean there is a format for forming an LLC?

Or there’s a different meaning to it?
