Hi all, I have something I'm struggling to understand... And would appreciate if anyone could share similar experiences.

There are some people I know in this physical reality, but I have also met them on the astral plane.

I have had some frightening experiences with them on the astral plane.

For example, feeling extreme anger from them... Trying to force intimacy... Trying to hurt me emotionally.

Someone told me I could be meeting their "lower selves"... I honestly don't know what to think.
