Why does Qmee keep doing this since the new design? I did not do too many login attempts

Something weird is happening with the balance/cashout now

I earned £0.91 and when I click to cashout it says £0... but when you go to the Qmee survey wall it shows £0.91 in the top right balance

Edit: OK I did a 2nd survey and whatever the balance error was corrected itself but I've never had this problem in 8 years of using Qmee
