Feeding Crane

Ive begun learning Feeding Crane. So far Im enjoying it. I learned the first 10 gong li (power generating exercises), and am beginning to learn the first form.

I come from a Karate foundation, so this is very different, and its a fun new perspective, and am hyped at learning more. Only thing im missing are training partners since I gotta learn via zoom (Ill likely get a training partner eventually)

Anyone else in here practice Feeding Crane? How has your experience with the art been?

Dit Da Jow questions

Ive begun training feeding crane, and I am very interested in the conditioning, and by extension Ive been interested in Dit Da Jow to help the process.

My questions are

Does it work, and how has it worked for you?

How can I tell good quality Jow from bad quality Jow?

What are some recvomendations for good quality dit da jow?

And are there any alternatives that can be baught at a drug store that will have the same or similar function?

Also are there any other chinese medicinal practices I should research to help along my journey?
