Bringing a wheelchair onto London tube as an ambulatory wheelchair user
I am so excited to visit London for the first time in a few weeks! I have a question about getting around London as someone with mobility issues. I have a chronic pain condition, and am unable to be on my feet for long or walk for more than 20ish minutes. I will be renting a wheelchair to make the most of my trip. I understand the Elizabeth line is the best tube line for wheelchair users. However, because I am ambulatory and only need a wheelchair part of the time, I am wondering how easy it is to fold up a wheelchair and bring it onto the tube. Do most tube lines allow this, or should I stick to only using the Elizabeth line?
Thanks so much :)
