need tips for beginner handpoke artist

i have been doing my own handpoke tattoos for about 2 years now and recently started doing tattoos on friends right now i’m not working with a lot of the supplies that i need because i haven’t got a lot of money. i have wanted to make this a career for myself so i started networking with friends and posting my work and i eventually landed a cafe event that wants handpoke artists but because of my lack of supplies idk if ill be any good right now all i have is ink and needles i buy gloves and razors before i tattoo and i go to people’s houses or ask them to come to mine to do the tattoos i need a stencil printer tho and some supplies to keep everything more hygienic i try my best with everything i have included disinfecting the surface where i do the tattoos putting plastic wrap on the table where i keep my supplies and washing my hands and wearing gloves but i dont think it is nearly enough i dont have ink caps so i use the packaging in which the needles come i feel kinda bad about all this and feel like im not good enough to work an event
i also want to keep getting better at realistic tattoos and at stipple shading and try to make my own designs but i have been very stressed and im in a mental block and i feel really bad about my artistic ability
