Night shifters : what sleep app actually works for you? (Or do they all suck?)

3 months into night shifts and I'm losing my mind trying to find a sleep app that doesn't treat me like I'm crazy for sleeping at 9am.

Apple Health splits my sleep across 2 days. Sleep Cycle alarm refuses to set before midnight the next day. My Garmin thinks I'm sleepwalking when I'm actually awake at 3pm.

Need your wisdom:

  1. What app do you actually use? Does it work?
  2. What's the dumbest thing your current app does?
  3. Anyone found something that handles rotating shifts properly?
  4. How do you deal with your family being loud while you sleep during the day?

Honestly starting to think nothing exists that gets it. Tell me I'm wrong.
