Help me please! I am the designated planner for a trip to Rome for 4 women. I am trying to buy Vatican Museum tickets on the official website. I get all the way through the purchasing, enter credit card info then get
Error During payment process.
An error occurred during the payment process
Operation not completed

I have tried multiple credit cards and called the bank issuers and they say there hasn’t been any requests to decline

Anyone have thoughts on what I could be doing wrong
