I am staying in Old Town Chania end of September and will have a rental car. Unfortunately the hotel's parking is already filled but they mentioned these two public and private parking options:

What do you think about these parking lots and whether there would be availability during my stay at the end of September? Would greatly appreciate your thoughts as I am quite stressed about the parking nightmare.
