Received official CISA pass email, but MyISACA still shows “Results Pending” – is this normal?
Hi everyone,
I received the official ISACA email yesterday saying:
“Congratulations, you passed! Your exam results are in, and you passed the CISA exam.”
However, when I log into MyISACA, my dashboard still shows:
Exam Status: Exam Registrant – Results Pending
“Official exam results will be emailed within 10 business days of your exam date.”
So the email says I’ve passed, but the portal still hasn’t updated.
Has anyone else experienced this?
If so:
How long did it take for your MyISACA account to update?
When did the certification application become available?
I’ve attached screenshots of both the email and the MyISACA page for reference.
