As far as buying tools for A&P school what’s the cheapest route and also is there any tools that I should know of that make a task much easier but it still does the same function as the Tool I’m supposed to have?

Very small fix
Is there a way to fix the bottom of the basketball and make it appear more round at the bottom and less like an oval without ruining it?It’s not a huge deal for me but I know the artist will be cool about tweaking something like that.
Would adding another cloud on the left of the basketball help? Or adding another line of white ink to the bottom line?

Cover up
First photo is what I showed the artist to reference I told him that was exactly what I wanted… the second photo was what I got lol. The letters are different sizes and he tried to free hand the back of my arm which is why it’s so poorly done. You live and you learn I guess. I don’t even know how I could fix this or what I could do to cover everything without having to get a Sleeve. As you can see there’s no space between the letters, the spacing is off with the band lines all the way around my arm.
I need some useful ideas to rework this tattoo.
