Hello, this is a follow up to a prior post from when I asked about debit card alternatives for my younger sister who is traveling to Korea, but how much money is an appropriate and safe amount for my sister to take in cash? I want to give her $200-$300 USD worth in Korean won, would that be too much for her because she is under 16?

Hello, my sister is traveling to Korea soon and shes under the age of 16 and I’ve heard that Korea is going cashless. My parents and I have given her cash to spend but are curious if there is a card that is available for her go and refill at an ATM. She also doesn’t have a bank account.
