Sorry but how is Becky who graduated from SUNY in 2024 actually qualified to vet candidates when she has no real experience herself? All recruiters should have to firsthand experience what they are willing to put candidates through or at least have some baseline level of experience in the industry they are recruiting for. I’ve been on both sides - unable to break through a recruiting gatekeeper for a new job even though I have experience that perfectly aligns with a job posting and I’ve also been on the company side where these unqualified recruiters send us candidates that are nowhere near what we are looking for. I don’t know when things will change but in this horrible job market, what’s the point of having humans in place when 90% of them act like robots anyways. It was definitely not this bad a few years ago

I am fully team Ciara in all that’s unfolded since this season started airing. However, even without the lens of knowing what we know now with west / Amanda, I can’t help but feel like she was choosing delusion at the end of last summer

This man played in your face 2 years ago and the smallest amount of attention from him is making you giddy. I get it, you can’t help you have feelings for, but the way West was acting was giving very different energy than I think she was experiencing through rose colored lenses

West telling Ben to tell Sabrina to cool it (which I agree - Sabrina trying to force them together was giving middle school), Ciara being absolutely giddy after they kissed while West seemed generally passé / Jesse was more excited than he was, and overall him continuing to be non-committal. She told this man she loved him more than anyone in the house and he still proceeded to hook up with her best friend. Sometimes when you refuse to see the signs, God will make it loud and clear. Ciara deserved 10000x better, but she also needs to actually realize that

Just here to say that Amanda has THE most annoying voice on planet earth. Her nasally high pitched whiny squeals during the Kyle / Carl altercation are surely played on a loop in the 7th circle of hell

I've been trying to figure out what it is about her that irks me - I think her enthusiasm makes her come off as phony. The drink you had at soft bar is the best drink you've EVER had in your life? You just meet Ciara and within 5 seconds, you know you're obsessed with her? Telling West (a known commitment phobe) that you were on the phone with Ciara and were telling her how beautiful and amazing West is when just a week ago he was making out with a girl in front of Ciara's face?? It's really cringe and the lack of self-awareness is crazy!!! She can deny being a fan all she wants, but there's no way you come into a house with a bunch of new people and act like this unless you want camera time / know way too much about them beforehand...

Also the whole convo with KJ felt sooo calculated but packaged in this "whimsical" way. It's very childlike attention-seeking behavior that's unsettling!
