Accurate medieval Europe film

Looking for a film that has a kind of slice of life vibe set in medieval Europe. I'm interested in a humble villager who goes about their day instead of armies battling. Christianity was a huge part of everyday life back then, I'd love something that's accurate enough to depict this lifestyle. I understand that's going to be hard seeing as most media is secular. Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.

I am hoping to do a knockdown rebuild in a couple years and have been looking at floorplans from various builders. My block is 12m at the front, 20m at the back, and 43m along the sides, so I am thinking it might be better to have a garage at the rear, therefore allowing me to build the house a bit more forward. My issue is all the floorplans I've seen have the garage at the front. Does anyone know which builders have rear garage stock floorplans I could check out? Thanks.
