We all know and love Click's Fahrenheit-rants.
But I stumbled upon another temperature scale that's pure rage bait -
Rankine
The bastard child of Fahrenheit and Kelvin with the absolute zero and steps equivalent to degree Fahrenheit.
Water boils at 100°C? Try 671,67° Rankine
(I googled it right now, and the double 6-7 gave me whiplash)
William John Macquorn Rankine was a deeply troubled man for sure.
