For my ravers: What would you like to receive on a kandi bracelet?

I'm trying to come up with ideas but idk what else to put on. I've got a lot of scene kid slang but that's about it lol. I want to give these out at raves :3c

Well, my pelvic floor tone seems normal now.... Still in pain, but-

At least now I know that when I am low pain my pelvic floor isn't tight- it's normal. So that means that my pain isn't from the pelvic floor itself or it would be gone mostly, right? With my tone being normal finally again.

So that at least gives me a weird sense of hope? I found out my lamictal is making things way worse, possibly it's the start of this all (working off of it but idk what I can do for an alternative... Bridges to cross later I guess). And now with the tissues healing some, the next step has been a PN block.

I'm glad that the biofeedback info from today's PT session has helped, but fuck am I scared to have a nerve block there.

I'm more of a lurker here, but if anyone has encouraging words or anything, please offer them- I'm terrified it won't fix it, of how much it will hurt, or that god forbid it'll just go wrong and I'll end up numb forever or something... I'm a person who's whole sense of self has stemmed from being happily and immensely sexual and this who year+ long nightmare has been unbearable for my self esteem and mood... I just really need some sort of kind words and proof it'll be ok maybe. I miss sitting without pain and walking my dogs and the idea of sex with my fiance. And I've talked their ears off enough about it- they see me cry over the pain constantly and I need to find support elsewhere before it worries them too much more.

I really just want to commiserate with the people who know my pain and figure out how the next steps look for the nerve block. My PT said another patient similar to me just had one done and she is doing loads better afterwards. I'm just so so scared to get my hopes up like I do every time the pain stops for a bit and have it be for nothing again. I feel like I can't fully grieve properly.

Gabapentin topical ointment, dampened sexual sensation?

27f, I just finally got gaba ointment and used it today finally! It's definitely helping I think, thank god (though I am at a less painful point of my cycle. Before someone asks, I'm on ET cream too and hormones look ok sadly, though I know that isn't always accurate :( ).

I am also on very low dose prozac and started the next step up of the medication dosage a few days back (which is typically when I start to show sexual side effects historically, having tried this med before) so I don't know if the gaba ointment or the prozac increase caused it, but my orgasm was wayyy harder to reach when I tried today and was sorta short-lived. I'm tempted to assume it's the prozac and want to just drop it back to the lower dose, but I can't find many answers on the ointment anywhere.

Does anyone on the gaba ointment have insight into if the first application immediately dampened clit sensation dramatically?

Slept great and without sleep meds finally!.... For first 2.5wks. Now have insomnia.

So I'm at 100mg, nighttime dosing is the only time that makes me sleepy at night. I tried stopping my lunesta for my general insomnia and I was able to sleep with no issues at all for once!

This only lasted about 2-2.5wks, and I'm now sleeping less again and having more wake ups. Is this normal or just not the drug for me? Idk why it'd help so much then suddenly stop, it makes no sense that the lunesta would be showing withdrawls this long out but none when I first stopped it...

I take adderall too but the last dose is multiple hours before I sleep, like usually at least 5-6 and it's ir. Maybe I need at least 1 xr in the morning to get my brain tired enough at night? We just stopped the xr because it seems like 10mg was too high and I had extra 5mg irs, and it does line up with the sleep becoming worse...
