This is mostly a Pinterest problem, just want to know what this is supposed to be & why I keep seeing this format/broken hexadecimal in comments. Is it a moderation problem, a bot failure, or a something intended to mess with the platform...? All of the posting accounts are empty and/or private. I see this on arabic & chinese pins mostly.
