Short nose and visible nostrils
Hello first two photo is before the surgery and last two after rhinoplasty 12th day post op and my nostrils looks piggy and o hate it its changed my all front view 🥺🥹ı m so depressed pealse tell me its ll change or something also my nose-lip length increased ı dont want my tip too high like this 😿
