Just submitted A VBA Appeal for a judge to make a decision on getting Sleep Apnea service connected. I chose the option of just submitting more Evidence and not having to actually meet the judge. Anyone else choose the option?

Well, submitted a Supplememtal with solid NEXUS to get Sleep Aonea connected. Unfortunately, the C&P examiner gave me a negative opinion because I was an 18 year old fatty when I joined the Army in 05'. After losing the weight in basic, I was PT stud. Even close to scoring 300 on PT tests over the next several years until I starting racking up injuries and mental health taking a toll on me. Once that happened, I started gaining weight over time. Since being out, everything slowly got worse to make it even harder to exercise even with minimizing caloric intake. I take meds that also cause me to gain weight. I hate it. I don't regret signing up and serving our amazing country but this denial is flat out unjust. The doc that did my nexus is now doing an addendum and wants me to appeal (option 10B). What's that process like?
