I think Ebay scam molds are going around.

Anyone wanna take a shot at verifying?

Got a whole bag of these boys and they dont even look close to the ones I had from childhood.

A friend said I should post this somewhere. I hope here is okay? Apologies if it isnt.

Not all the books I own (A shelf of Taschens and illustrated novels/prints/graphic and art books are in another room, plus a stack being actively read) but it is most of them.

I have read a good chunk of these. around 1/3rd and still making my way through.

A summation of what I have absorbed that speaks to me:

•All experience as a human is universal, and our joys and trials is shared with infinite others in the present, past, and future

•To truly love another is to see the face of God.

•We pass down the mantle of our shared humanity by prying the life from our beating chest, and anointing the next generation with it; in the hope that it shall stir as new life. To do so with no preservation of the self to live vicariously or flee our mortality, is to achieve a form of enlightenment.

I am an appreciator/admirer of Soseki, French poets (Especially Lautremont and Baudelaire) and Elizabeth Barret Browning, among many others.

How are your collections going, and growing, friends?

Just got back from work, and good lord, I didnt expect this post to get this much attention!
