I was packing around Asia for 7 months prior to the first photo, I was barely eating and walking/ hiking ALOT. Since ive been back I’ve been on 3200+ calories a day and 4-5 days a week in the gym, I’m 6,2 24yr M

Just finished living in this thing for the summer and I’m looking to sell before winter. 1988 Dodge Ram B250 camper van, 178,000 km. I’m in Vancouver. I’m hoping to sell it before winter as I’m not really keen on paying for storage, and I want to get a truck for work.

It’s in good condition for its age and has a clean, renovated interior. Solar + house battery, fridge, water tank/sink, grey water, propane oven + 3 burner stove, heater, fans, swivel passenger seat, storage, privacy windows/bug screens, awning, etc.

It’s also just had some work done and a full service, including new fuel injectors. Mechanic has gone over it and it’s currently running well. 178,000 km.

I paid a bit over $10k for it, but I understand it’s the end of summer and the market is probably different now.
I’ve currently got it listed at $10k. Is that actually realistic in the Vancouver market, or am I dreaming and should I be pricing it lower?

I’ll put some photos below. Genuinely just looking for an honest opinion on what you think it’s worth.
