I checked their website to see how it works and it said they use an engine online that is machine trained to differentiate between different voices and remember it to label each caption by name if you register a voice. They didn’t advertise it but I noticed that when you have that mode on, the transcript pretty much gets every word right even if the person is whispering from the other side of the room.
