I've heard that the HS5 don't produce much bass, but since i have a small, completely unisolated room, I'm worried the added bass would bounce off the walls and make the bass sound louder than it really is. So should i buy the HS5 and then mix bass on headphones or buy the HS7s? I'm kind of on tight budget too so yeah I'm not sure.

Yeah also just to say i'm a producer looking how to mix.
