Hi,

Is anyone willing to share their thoughts about what entities are? I know I'm being vague right now I just don't have much time to type out. The whole alien/demon/extraterrestrial/interdimensional argument going on right now.

Also when astral projecting many report benevolent and malevolent entities. What exactly are these entities? Some say they are real and others say thought forms.

I'm reading the book Ready Player One and I imagine it is what the astral realm is like. Even though I'm not sure if the astral is the same as where we actually go where we cross over.

I had my first lucid dream last night and wow. It started as a bad dream where I was being chased or trying to escape from somewhere and it was in the basement of a high rise building. Then at some point I became aware that it was a dream. As soon as that happened it turned more positive and I began flying throughout this high rise building quite fast. I looked at my hand a few times and tried to become more conscious. At this point there were no people in the dream so I set the intention of trying to find people and then the whole building was filled with people. Different rooms such as cafeterias, bars, offices etc. Each time I set the intention of become more aware in the dream I did but it was still half way in between feeling like I was watching a movie and in the movie so to speak.

I flew around different rooms for a while and a few time i landed and spoke to people.

It sucks because now I’m back in my brain damaged physical body when in the dream I was so free.

Who are we when we die? Am I the same exact person as I am now? I always thought that you are made up of beliefs/assumptions. I’m not the same person I am now as I have been over my entire life at any given point. Help me understand what to expect when I cross over.

I have this weird feeling that the astral where we end up when we leave this realm is just another illusion like earth is and that's it not really where we are supposed to be/from? Like the movie inception, a dream within a dream. Does anyone else feel this way?
