All the Hurricanes Schedule Haters
There are a lot of haters on social media, Bleacher Report, etc. hating on the Hurricanes schedule. I’m not going to sit here and say we have the same type of schedule as Texas, because the ACC just isn’t on the same level as the SEC or Big Ten. But the ACC is still a strong conference and this year we did get the luck of the draw in terms of the schedules in conference foes. If you look at the top 15 NFL-producing states, the ACC has a large present in most: Florida, Texas, California, GA, NC, PA, VA, etc. so there are a lot of athletes playing in the ACC.
We can do a better job maybe with Out of Conference opponents but right now all of college football and the playoff committee has a Notre Dame problem. The Notre Dame problem has led to the cancellation of a lot of OOC games that are what fans want to see: Notre Dame vs Miami, etc.
